TakSaz Development organization was established in 2021 under the license number (5171) of the Ministry of Economy by a group of visionary young professionals with the aim to develop an Educated and aware society free of poverty and illiteracy as the foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable future, leaving no one behind.
Our mission is to provide education and social development services (including women empowerment, economic wellbeing, children, youths’ rights and peace) for under served and most marginalized, fragile and conflict affected communities through partnership, global humanitarian assistance and humanitarian development nexus.
Our core team is a group of young and professional cadre who worked with the ministries leadership and several national and international development organizations and entities in policies and strategies development, implementation of several multi million development projects and change management.
We have a vast outreach to far sides, poor and most marginalized part of the country with the capacities, skills and abilities of implementing multi-dimensional projects in education and social development services. Our field and provincial team has implemented several development projects and have the full knowledge of the community needs, donor requirements and government procedures which makes the execution of any projects within the desired timeline and criteria.
We are committed to equity, equality, inclusion, nationally identified priorities and SDG goals and principles with the focus on the effectiveness of the results and sustainability of impact of the projects on the targeted areas.
Our Capacity
TakSaz Social and Educational Development Services Organization (TSEDSO), established in 2021, is powered by a dynamic team of young professionals with extensive experience working with national and international organizations. Our team members have played pivotal roles in policy development, strategy implementation, and managing multimillion-dollar development projects. Their expertise spans diverse fields including education, social services, gender equality, and community development. Our organization is built on robust capacities that ensure high standards of operation and accountability. We have established comprehensive policies for safeguarding, ensuring the protection and well-being of children, women, and vulnerable populations. Our financial accountability framework guarantees transparency and integrity in all financial transactions, making us a reliable partner for donors.
TSEDSO excels in executing multi-dimensional projects, thanks to our strong field presence and deep understanding of community needs, donor requirements, and government procedures. We are adept at implementing community-based education initiatives, conducting impactful training programs, and fostering gender equality.
